The Ideal candidate must be able to deliver and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction. He / She must have the drive to penetrate new markets and closeout deals.
Core Responsibilities
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Responsible for the identification of new business prospects and selling products to them.
Responsible to seek out new sales opportunities through cold callings and networking.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Cultivate leads, generate referrals; sign up new corporate clients and businesses
Responsible to arrange for meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns, preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on product
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Responsible to gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team members and the team leader.
Must be able to write weekly plans and reports for submission to the team leader.
Must be a person who has go-getting instincts
Required Experience / Qualifications
1st Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field,
3-5 years experience in sales.
Good oral and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft suites (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
